Our Story

Dough Si Do has “risen” to share my love for all things sourdough. I started baking sourdough breads, branched out to sweets and became addicted and fascinated with fermentation and the whole process. It keeps me busy in the dark winters of Idaho! I work in the healthcare system and baking is an outlet that soothes my mind and soul. The Sourdough Shack reminds me of roadside stands from my time living in Hawaii. I’d love to share my creations with you!
